By paying a deposit for your project, you agree to the terms below with no exceptions.

PAYMENT FOR DESIGN

Standard projects require a 50% deposit before work can begin.   Mallory Hope Design accepts payments through Paypal only: malloryhope@gmail.com. By paying the deposit and remaining balance via PayPal, you agree to these terms of design. Once the design is complete, the remaining balance of the project is due within 72 hours.

COMMUNICATION

All communication with the designer once the project is live is done via email – this is to ensure that there is a record of all instructions, agreements, etc.

PERMISSIONS

Mallory Hope Design is not liable for any photos or design elements provided by clients. Please be sure to have permission before submitting any elements or photography to Mallory Hope Design to use in your design.

DESIGN CREDITS

On digital media, a Mallory Hope Design logo or link as well as proper design credit will be added to the bottom of your site. By paying your invoice, you agree to keep this credit in your site as long as you have the design live.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All correspondence between Mallory Hope Design and the client is confidential and may not be shared or forwarded to others without my expressed written consent.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that you cancel your order, Mallory Hope Design does not issue refunds. You will lose your deposit and/or full payment.

REFUNDS

Mallory Hope Design does not issue refunds for partial or full payments of design under any circumstances.
