By submitting payment, you agree to the following terms:
We only accept credit cards and PayPal for purchases. We do not accept checks or money orders.
We ship orders to the address provided. If wanting shipped to a different address, for example as a gift, please leave a note upon checkout.
Digital proofs will be sent via email in approximately 2 business days (exceptions can occur). Once approved, your order will be printed within 4 - 6 days. Please add an additional 2-5 business days for domestic shipping. During the holidays and busier times of the year, it may take an additional 2 days to receive your order. Every effort will be made to complete and deliver your designs as soon as possible.
Mallory Hope Design WILL NOT be held responsible for orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses or mail system delays. Items Lost or Damaged in Transit: Once order is placed in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS or FedEx. Mallory Hope Design does not guarantee the arrival date of any order. If USPS or FedEx damages it, or loses it; Mallory Hope Design is not liable for the loss. Items are not considered lost until 30 days after the shipment date.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because we offer truly customized products, Mallory Hope Design items cannot be refunded or exchanged. This includes custom design projects. If there is a mistake on our end we will replace the item free of charge.
Please be aware that Mallory Hope Design does our best to represent the colors of all products in our pictures. All computer monitors display images in RGB format (calibrated differently) and all Mallory Hope Design printing is done in CMYK format, so slight color variation from your computer screen to print may occur.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Our Proofing Policy: As a custom design business, we want our customers to be 100% happy their order before going to print. However, all custom design orders are limited to three proofs. Should additional proofs be required for an order beyond the first three, a $25 fee will be charged for each additional proof.
